28 and blessed!

Ook. So here goes a very longggggg post. Bear with me. ;)

On 18 June, I turned 28 years old. Yes. 2 more to the 3-0. It's ok. Actually I sort of enjoy this maturity that comes with age notion. I see things differently nowadays. I am happier because I choose not to wallow in self-pity and blame the world for everything. I appreciate people around me much more because I might not be around tomorrow to tell them that I love them. I am embracing my role as a wife and mother with open arms. I enjoy being responsible for those whom I love. Life is an amazing mystery and I'm blessed to have been given these 28 years so far to live it the best way I can. Alhamdulillah.

As always, there will never be a fancy party or anything of that sort. Birthdays was never a big affair for my family. We choose to keep it low and personal. Just a simple dinner. Not even a birthday cake. However, what a pleasant surprise it was this year. One was from my cousins and the other was from my team. Thank you for the nice surprise. I truly appreciate it. Cos it's been ages since I last had a birthday cake.

Presents? No. I didn't have any. And the funny thing is. It doesn't even matter anymore. I am beyond the "I-must-have-a-present-cos-it's-my-birthday" phase. Haha. Yes. Material things are not my priority at this point. To me, the best presents I have for now is this good health and a great family that I love. Cliché but that's how I truly feel. So no presents at all for me this year. It's OK. Seriously. ;)

To all of you who gave your well wishes and kind prayers via FB, twitter, instagram, smses and emails, I truly am touched and humbled. I feel the love and I'm blessed. Thank YOU. =)

I thank Allah for all the blessings He has given me thus far... and all I ask of Him is to grant me the strength to get through whatever obstacles that I'm facing now. I have faith in Him and that better things await. Insya'Allah.

I am officially 28 and proud of it! I shall continue to explore possibilities, think out of the box and jump onto many more wonderful adventures. May there be many more great things to come ahead! Insya'Allah!

I am blessed to have my little empire of happy souls. They are the reason why I'm working so hard to make all these work. Haris and Ashayr, Mama wants to be there for you at every step. Insya'Allah, someday soon it will happen. You boys are my priority and my life became even more meaningful with your presence. I will continue persevering so that we can have an even more comfortable life. To my husband, thank you for believing in me. I will continue to work towards being that amazing wife. Together, we shall do this and brave the journey hand in hand. Insya'Allah. I love you and the boys. More than you can ever imagine. =)

With that said, I am very much excited about my MEET THE POTENTIALS SESSIONS. I have been having it almost every week and I'm glad I'm able to make some people see the possibility of improving their lives and their financial statuses. These individuals have a successful mindset and are now with my team in this amazing journey.

This new venture of mine has been a joy and challenge at the same time. A joy because I get to inspire individuals and make them see my vision. A challenge because there will always be people who are out to put you down and scrutinize every single thing that you. Again, you can never make everyone happy. I believe that if you believe in something and have faith in it, then it will work for you. But if you think otherwise, then negativity ensues. It's all in the mind. To those in my team, continue having faith in the system and continue to inspire others to do better. When will put our heart, soul and passion in what we do, Insya'Allah, the money will come. Let's continue working strong as a team and make this work! ;)

For those who are still keen to join me, here are the dates of my upcoming MEET THE POTENTIALS SESSION:

- Saturday, 30 June, 2pm
- Friday, 6 July, 8pm
- Saturday, 7 July, 2pm
- Friday, 13 July, 8pm

You can email me at nonakirana@gmail.com for more details of these sessions.

I am still very much excited about what I'm doing because it has allowed me to see a brighter future ahead. Alhamdulillah. I would love for you to join me on this journey because if you work hard at it, then you will reap the amazing benefits! Hope to see you! ;)

That's about it. Thanks for taking the time to read this lengthy post of mine.

I'm 28 and blessed! ALHAMDULILLAH. =)

the 3 rules

How true. Life sometimes is about stepping out of your comfort zone and believing that better things are ahead. My husband once said to me, that in order for us to step out this rat race, we need to be brave and take chances, calculated risks, he said. We are all too settled in our comfort zone. We are sometimes afraid to explore the unknown.

This business has made me see things differently. It's has also brought out the good and sometimes bad in certain people that I've crossed paths with. It has taught me the value of patience and perseverance. It's no easy task to convince someone to see the way you see things. But I take that as a challenge, a positive one. "I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying." said Michael Jordan. And I totally share the same sentiments as him. This learning process has been amazing and such an eye opener. I will continue trying my best to help those around me stay motivated and see great potential in what lies ahead. Let's focus on our strengths and challenge our limits!

Of course there are moments when I feel like giving up, but that's not who I am. In fact, I thrive on these so called rejections. You see, all my life, it has been about proving people WRONG. I had to fend for myself, work hard, achieve what I want and show these cynical people that I am not what they think I am. For now, I am focusing on expanding my business and sharing it with like-minded individuals... those who are out to make a better living for themselves and those they love. How many of us toil day and night so that we can bring rice to the table. Wouldn't it be nice if we can just make that little extra income, to supplement what we already have? Yes, I am very much blessed for what I'm earning currently, but I've always believed in striving for better, so that I can provide the people I love with a more comfortable lifestyle. I choose not to be complacent and too easily contented. That's just who I am. I feel, the more we have, the higher capacity we have to give to those in need. May we all have the heart to someday provide when needed and give while we can afford. Insya'Allah.

You might have said no to me. It's OK. Really. Because it is not my loss. In fact, I thank you for driving me even further to my goal. For giving me the hunger to succeed and do even better. Thank you. :)

I shall GO for whatever that I want. I shall ASK for whatever that I want. I shall STEP FORWARD and be ahead of where I have been. Insya'Allah. And so should YOU. ;)

With that said, I can't wait to MEET MY POTENTIALS this Friday!!! There's limited spaces left. Do email me if you're keen to explore what I'm doing.

Happy Midweek everyone! =D

hey you anonymous!

Dear Anonymous,

Firstly, I do not appreciate the anonymity when passing such cynical comments. It just shows what kind of a person you are for not owning up to such damaging remarks. Cowardly, I must say.

Secondly, you should get your facts right before making such statements.

Multi-level marketing has existed for decades and they have proven to be successful, if you follow the system closely and put your heart and soul in it. Amway, Herbalife, Avon, 4Life are some of the MLM companies that have transcend the years and are still at the top of the MLM pie. I have utmost respect for those who stay in the business for years and achieved profitable gains that they deserved.  It’s a proven business system and has made millionaires out of those who worked hard.

Again, I do not see any fault with multi-level marketing, because it’s a good business system that works. Do you even have any idea how these people work hard to recruit their downlines, train them, keep them motivated so as to make their sales and knock on doors so that they can sell their products? It's hard work and definitely not for those who prefer a safe and secure type of job. However, I do admit that the idea of MLM have been somewhat tarnished over the years. This is the fault of irresponsible individuals who misrepresent and misuse the system that puts a bad name to MLM. But hey, you can't possibly have all good eggs in one basket, right? So, even if i am doing MLM, I believe in the system and it has given me a good source of income. I see no wrong in what I do and would like to share it with like-minded individuals.

Next, do you even have any idea what is a pyramid? Let me just share it with you in case you’re ignorant of it. A pyramid scheme is a NON-SUSTAINABLE business model  that involves promising participants payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or SALE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES  to the public. It’s a pure MONEY GAME. There's is a limit to it and is indeed illegal in Singapore.

With all that said, I feel that your statement is very judgmental, unfair and ridiculous. You do not even bother to find out what I am doing, but choose to make such a comment based on what I wrote. However, I pity you for having such thoughts because I know so many individuals like yourself. People who envy others doing well, scrutinizing them all you want, when the real cause is you just can’t be bothered to better your life and scrutinize your own shortfall and lack of commendable achievements in life.  But perhaps, you need some kind of self-reflection and work on your thoughts before you blurt things out. Successful people have no time to judge and criticize without a proper basis or argument. Big minds have no space for such trivialities and pessimism.

Perhaps you might have been duped at some point in your life by an irresponsible MLM person. I'm sorry that you had to go through such an experience. But one bad egg in a carton doesn't necessarily mean all the other eggs are just as bad, right?

Anonymous, I wish you all the best in your life, because it is not my position to see you do something about it. Good luck.

Yours truly,
Nona

Meet the POTENTIALS! ;)

If you've read my previous entry, you would probably know that I've recently explored a new business. Prior to that, it took me 2 whole months to think it through and scrutinized the system before finally deciding to take that leap of faith and putting my foot in it.

I wasted that 2 months procrastinating as to whether it will work or not for me. But, in the end, I took action and worked on it. Life, sometimes, is about TAKING ACTION when presented with a promising opportunity. I believe that success awaits those who walk the talk. It's about taking that first brave step! ;)

It has been an exhilarating ride so far. Alhamdulillah for this opportunity that has been presented to me... So, it's about time I expand my team members and open the opportunity to those whom I think are deserving of it. Like any other business, there are the risks but also potential returns. But personally, I feel that this new business is not for the faint-hearted or those who are looking at quick fixes to be instantly rich. Yes, it IS possible, but I feel that it's important to grow steadily and achieve that success with pure hardwork and faith in the business system. If you believe it can work, then it WILL, Insya'Allah! This will be a good source of passive income if you do it whole-heartedly and have the "never say die" spirit!!

Ok. So what is this about? Haaaaa.. I shall not elaborate here because of it's exclusivity and because i'd rather meet YOU personally.. ;)

Therefore, I OFFICIALLY announce that i'm looking to expand my team and would like YOU, yes YOU to join me in this amazing journey so that we can achieve personal and financial growth together!

If you're SELF-DRIVEN...
If you're HIGHLY MOTIVATED...
If you're AMBITIOUS...
If you're UNCONVENTIONAL..
If you're WILLING TO EXPLORE NEW BUSINESS IDEAS...
If you enjoy SHARING AND MEETING PEOPLE...
If you DARE TO DREAM BIG...

Then YOU ARE THE ONE i'm looking for! I need to work with people like YOU

I will be having a "Meet the POTENTIALS Session" in the EAST!

Session 1:
Sunday, 10 June @ 5pm

Session 2:
Friday, 15 June @ 8pm

Cos this is like a "mini job interview" ala The Apprentice, lol, I would love for you to email me your resume.. haha! BUT, you don't have to.. Cos i'm nice like that.. =P

What you need to do is to email me "Why Nona should pick you to be in her team?" A simple yet impactful response would be great. ;)

Because I'm opening this opportunity to as many highly driven individuals as possible, it would be great if you can bring some friends/relatives/colleagues/acquaintances along who might be just as interested as you are. Can? So, take action NOW and email me at nonakirana@gmail.com
